The PMP Deal Desk Operations role at PubMatic is a crucial position within the Customer Success Operations team based in Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be to establish and manage a centralized deal desk that operates 24/7. This desk will work collaboratively with global teams to oversee, troubleshoot, and expand PMP spend worldwide across various customer segments, including advertisers, publishers, and data partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create cutting-edge analytics and optimization tools, ensuring that PubMatic remains a leader in sell-side innovation. Your duties will include managing PMP deal setup and optimization on the PubMatic system, coordinating with internal teams globally to execute PMP deals within established Service Level Agreements, and generating insightful reports for clients. You will utilize PubMatic's Analytics and proprietary tools to monitor performance, troubleshoot underperforming PMP deals, and collaborate with technical escalations and analytics teams to drive innovation for publishers and buyers. Standard Operating Procedures documentation, deal optimization strategies, and accurate updating of support systems will also fall under your purview. Ideal candidates for this role should possess 0-1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor's degree in engineering (CS / IT) or an equivalent degree from a reputable institute or university is required. Additionally, applicants with hands-on experience in web debugging tools, HAR file, and SQL will be given preference. The shift timings for this position are APAC: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / EMEA: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
