Education: Minimum Diploma / Graduate in any stream. Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (footwear/healthcare preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Skills: Good communication in Tamil and English. Customer service orientation with patience and empathy. Sales & persuasion ability to achieve targets. Basic computer knowledge (billing & POS system). Ability to handle stock management and ordering process.
