Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate business team. This is a non-sales role focused on follow-ups, coordination, and data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, updating property databases, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. Key Responsibilities: Follow-Up Calls: Regularly follow up with clients and brands Coordination: Assist in scheduling property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups between clients and agents. Database Management: Maintain and update records of property listings, client details, and transaction statuses in the company’s CRM or spreadsheets. Client Communication: Provide general information about properties, clarify queries, and ensure clients receive timely updates. Lead Tracking: Keep track of incoming inquiries, categorize them based on interest levels, and update the team accordingly. Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on follow-ups, client interactions, and database updates for management review. Key Requirements: Prior experience in a telecalling, customer service, or administrative role (real estate experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills in Tamil language. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of real estate processes and terms is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software, Google Sheets, Excel, and other data management tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
