Your role will be a mix of Instagram management (replies, stories, comments) and customer calls/WhatsApp chats on our business number. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys social media and wants to grow in the field of digital customer support. Key Responsibilities Reply to Instagram DMs and comments in a friendly, professional way. Post daily stories (updates, promotions, customer FAQs). Engage with followers to increase trust and brand connection. Answer new customer calls on the business phone and guide them about products/services. Maintain WhatsApp chats with leads and record inquiries. Coordinate with the delivery/customer care team when needed. Skills Required Good communication in Telugu (must); Hindi/English is an advantage. Basic social media knowledge (Instagram stories, DMs, comments). Confident on phone calls with new customers. Organized and responsive — quick replies matter. Positive, polite, and willing to learn about Ayurveda products. Qualifications Minimum: Intermediate / Any Degree. Freshers welcome – we provide full training.
