As a Sales Representative specializing in Exhibition Space, your main responsibility will be to sell exhibition space to corporate clients for our leading exhibitions. Your primary focus will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, providing them with tailored solutions, and meeting revenue targets within the domestic market. You will begin by identifying and targeting corporate clients interested in exhibiting at our events, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and generating leads through various outreach methods such as phone calls, emails, and networking events. Understanding the unique needs and goals of prospective clients will be crucial as you recommend suitable exhibition space solutions, sponsorship opportunities, and delegate acquisition packages. You will be required to present compelling proposals to prospects, negotiate contracts and pricing, and secure agreements that align with both client expectations and company objectives. To ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded, you will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies, track performance against targets, and take proactive measures to address any gaps or challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients throughout the exhibition planning process, serving as their main point of contact, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights will be essential in informing your sales strategies and tactics. You will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for growth. Qualifications for this role include a proven track record in exhibition space sales or a related field, with at least 2-5 years of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the exhibition industry are also required. A results-oriented mindset, a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, and a willingness to travel as needed are important qualifications for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and the option to work from home. The work schedule is during the day shift.
