Happiness Curriculum Instructor / School Counselor

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual with a background in psychology, counseling, education, or mindfulness training to lead our Happiness Curriculum sessions across classes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver age-appropriate happiness and well-being sessions to students (Grades 1–12) Conduct mindfulness practices, empathy exercises, and classroom reflections Address emotional, social, or behavioral needs through group/individual support Collaborate with teachers to promote positive classroom culture Conduct periodic assessments and feedback sessions with students Organize wellness workshops for students, teachers, and parents Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology / Counseling / Education / Child Development Strong communication and empathy skills Fluent in English and Hindi Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
