Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Consultant Psychiatrist to collaborate with our therapy team at Happi5y. The role involves supporting psychotherapy clients who may require medical evaluation, diagnosis, and pharmacological treatment. Key Responsibilities · Conduct psychiatric evaluations (online) for referred therapy clients · Prescribe medication and monitor progress in coordination with therapists · Be available for 4-5 client consults/week (flexible hours) · Support clients dealing with suicidal ideations, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, etc. · Maintain ethical, confidential, and sensitive handling of each case Qualifications · MBBS + MD Psychiatry or DNB Psychiatry · Valid license to practice psychiatry in India · 2–5 years of clinical experience post-PG · Comfortable working with therapists and following a collaborative care model Work Structure & Flexibility · Part-time consultancy model · Online consultation · No admin work – only clinical consultations Remuneration : The retainership or salary will be appoinment based
