Set up and optimize marketing automation journeys using platforms like Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar. Leverage customer data for segmentation, personalization, and increasing CLTV. Shopify & Conversion Optimization Work with the Shopify site for campaign landing page creation, product optimization, and promotional flows. Collaborate with developers/designers to improve site experience and funnel efficiency. Monitor and analyze user behaviour using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics.
