Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Indore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and providing training to the sales team. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, analyzing market trends, and contributing to marketing campaigns. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to develop and conduct training sessions for the sales team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the finance or stock trading industry is a plus
