We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Commerce or Arts with specialization in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and tax filings. Support internal audits and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide insights for decision-making. Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and deadlines. Requirements: B.Com in Accounting, Finance, or related specialization / B.A. with relevant specialization. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred). Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
