Job Title: Office Executive – Sales & ERP Operations Location: Bommasandra Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to handle customer enquiries, support the sales process.The ideal candidate will act as a communication bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring smooth processing of enquiries, quotations, and sales orders. Key Responsibilities: ERP Software Management: Enter, update, and maintain customer data, enquiries, quotations, and sales orders in the ERP system. Ensure accuracy and consistency of all records in the ERP. Coordinate with relevant departments for order processing and inventory updates. Customer Communication: Respond to customer enquiries received through calls, emails, or web forms. Follow up with customers to clarify requirements or provide updates on their enquiries and orders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Sales Support: Convert customer requirements into detailed enquiries. Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer needs. Generate and process sales orders based on confirmed quotations. Support the sales team in tracking orders and follow-ups. Lead Generation Initiate communication with existing and potential customers to generate enquiries. Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up schedules. General Office Duties: Maintain organized documentation of quotations, orders, and communication. Support administrative tasks related to the sales department. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar office or sales support role preferred. Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-centric attitude with good interpersonal skills.
