Job Description International Contact Center (US Healthcare) Location: Bangalore (Immediate Requirement) Job Type: Full-time Role: Customer Service International Voice Process/ Customer Contact Center Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones) Compensation: Freshers: 2,54,640 LPA + 70,360 VSA Experience: 3,20,000 LPA + 79,000 VSA Transport Facility: 2-Way Cab Provided Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Eligibility Criteria Graduates from any discipline ( Recent pass-outs preferred ) Excellent English communication skills (B2 level and above) Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US time zones) Candidates must be from Bangalore or ready to relocate. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers. Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Adhere to process compliance, quality, and performance metrics. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring first-call resolution. Interview Process HR Screening Harver Assessment (Online) Voice & Accent (V&A) Round Final Interview with Operations Team Background verification & Transportation check before Onboarding.
