1. Handover & Snagging Management Conduct and lead snagging inspections with internal teams and clients. Identify defects in civil, MEP, finishing, safety, and landscape work. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors for timely closure of snags. Maintain snag lists and ensure rectification within defined timelines. 2.
