As a part of the Syngenta Seeds team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns aimed at achieving the growth and revenue targets of the Division. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to support the execution of campaigns across the division. Your role will involve leading the development and deployment of the Division's campaign strategy, both in the short and long term, and monitoring market intelligence to incorporate customer insights into marketing plans. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy Division campaign strategy - Monitor market intelligence and incorporate customer insights - Collaborate with the commercial organization for campaign efforts - Provide sales force with effective campaign tools - Ensure profitable growth through resource allocation - Execute crop campaigns and identify synergies - Coordinate with commercial unit for effective business delivery - Perform any other duties assigned by senior management Qualifications: Critical knowledge of sales and marketing principles, agri and rural marketing concepts, and campaign management. Proven track record in sales, leadership, and team management. Strong understanding of customer needs and business drivers.
