On time availability of approved specification and STP to QC. To ensure ISO certification audits are performed on time successfully and ensure compliance. Ensuring timely approval and closure of QMS documents Provide training to all departments on GMP topics. Procedural requirements Prepare the Opex and Capex budget Ensuring conforms to the requirement of ISO standards. Ensuring Ops Excellence To ensure implementation of strategic decisions related to Quality
