The responsibilities of this role include handling the Clients" POs/ Agreements and clients" Billing for measurement base/ lumpsum projects. You will also be responsible for addressing the grievances of the Contractors and finalizing Sub-Contractor's POs with the help of the team. It is crucial to ensure that all contractors" PO realization happens before the project kick-off and to submit pre-final bill/ final bill at the time of project handover. Vendor Finalization is expected to be completed within 5-7 days of project start, and Vendor bill finalization should occur within a week after project handover. Additionally, maintaining a record file of all contractors project-wise is essential. You will also be responsible for checking and certifying bills and invoices from vendors and contractors, as well as checking bills against the progress at the site. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to commute or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 7 years of experience in a related work profile. The work location is in person.,
