Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead MERN Stack Developer to lead the design and development of modern web applications. In this role, you will guide a team of developers, work on full-stack projects, and ensure high-quality coding standards. You should have strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, testers, and product owners to deliver user-friendly features. Handle deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+ features. Experience in building RESTful APIs, handling authentication (JWT, OAuth), and middleware. Proficient in database design, queries, and working with NoSQL databases. Experience with Git and version control systems. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
