As a Stock and Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing stock, handling supplies, ordering stock, and ensuring that stock is readily available. This includes conducting regular inventory audits, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud. You will also be tasked with implementing cost control measures, such as inventory management systems, portion control, and waste reduction programs. Collaborating with management to develop pricing strategies, menu engineering, and cost optimization initiatives will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and work cross-functionally with department heads to align financial objectives with operational goals. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Thiruverkadu, Chennai, Tamilnadu. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidates. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of total work experience in a relevant industry. Proficiency in Tamil (Speak), English (Read & Write), and Hindi (Speak) is required. Key requirements for this role include Excel knowledge, ERP knowledge (Zoho/Tally), inventory planning, handling stores/delivery team, courier/delivery management, material inventory management, and vendor management.
