We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Jodhpur. If you possess strong communication and convincing skills, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for sales, we would like to hear from you! Experience in hospital or healthcare settings would be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to leads and potential customers to promote our services - Clearly and confidently explaining our offerings to convert inquiries into sales - Following up with prospects and maintaining regular communication - Updating and managing lead status in CRM or records - Handling incoming calls and providing basic service information - Working with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience - Meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets What We're Looking For: - Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English - Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented approach - Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly - Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel/CRM tools) - Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or healthcare customer support would be advantageous - Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply Qualifications: - Graduate in any stream - 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare background This is a full-time position based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
