You will be responsible for client acquisition for offshore bookkeeping and accounting services, with a focus on effective coordination with clients regarding IPOs and share market activities. Your strong communication skills will be essential in this role, as you will be required to engage in proficient email drafting and correspondence. A solid background in finance is also necessary to excel in this position. Preferred experience in the banking sector or share market will be an added advantage. In addition to client acquisition and coordination, you will also manage executives" schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Your role will involve preparing reports, documents, and handling communication effectively. Administrative support and coordination of office activities will also be part of your responsibilities.
