As a Project Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of installation at Project Sites. You will be required to effectively mobilize available resources and strive for on-time project completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for PA Manpower Planning based on the workload, equipment testing for performance, and ensuring implementation of safe work practices at Project Sites. It is important to constantly upgrade your knowledge with the latest developments in the Construction / HVAC industry, especially regarding technology, equipment, components, and BMS. You will also be required to ensure smooth project handovers, complete with all necessary documentation, drawings, manuals, measurements, test reports, and certificates. Furthermore, compliance with Labour Laws is a crucial aspect of this role. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of projects and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This position is based in Bengaluru and requires a candidate with a Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of project management and engineering principles.,
