You will be responsible for planning and monitoring the incoming inspection of raw materials, in-process inspection, and final product inspection in the hard goods & handicrafts industry. It will be your duty to maintain records of inspections conducted at all stages and ensure that all instruments are calibrated as per schedule. You will need to review non-conformance reports, identify corrective actions, and plan preventive actions. Additionally, you will be required to identify the resource requirements of the company and communicate them to the Management Representative. Identifying training needs of personnel and maintaining records in the Training Need Identification Form will also be part of your responsibilities. Informing the Management Representative about any necessary changes in the Quality System through the Document Change Note is crucial to this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 6-8 years of experience in the hard goods & handicrafts industry, with specific experience in hard goods export manufacturing. Prior experience in the handicraft industry, hard goods industry, technical audit, hard goods product knowledge, and quality documentation is required. The job is full-time, and the work location is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Day shift availability is preferred for this position.,
