We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial - Startup Acquisition Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about startups, venture capital, and M&A, with a strong interest in understanding how acquisitions are structured and executed. About Us We help senior executives and high-net-worth individuals in the UAE become founders - without the grind of building from zero. Through our acquisition advisory, we source, vet, and facilitate the acquisition of early-stage tech startups in India and MENA. Our goal is to provide entrepreneurial upside with lower risk. Responsibilities 1) Research and identify early-stage startups in India & MENA that may be open to acquisition. 2) Collect, organize, and maintain key startup data (financials, metrics, founders, sector details, etc.). 3) Assist in preparing startup profiles, pitch decks, and marketing material for prospective buyers. 4) Support outreach efforts to startup founders and ecosystem players. 5) Track market trends and provide insights on emerging sectors and acquisition opportunities. Requirements 1) Strong research and analytical skills; ability to find and process information from multiple sources. 2) Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or M&A. 3) Excellent communication and writing skills. 4) Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. 5) Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with databases like Crunchbase, Tracxn, Pitchbook (a plus). 6) Self-starter attitude with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
