You will be responsible for performing complete breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance activities on all equipment at the site. This includes repairing malfunctioning mechanical systems, evening out any rough spots on fabricated components using grinders and hand files, and checking assembled parts for fits and finish. You will also diagnose problems in machines that affect product quality or production efficiency. Operating machinery and equipment in manufacturing industries will be part of your daily tasks. You will conduct machine inspections and preventative maintenance activities, reporting any faults identified. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing quality checks and ensuring that quality inspections and gauging are being completed as required. Continuous improvement and modifications to existing systems, equipment monitoring, and operating machines as per requirements are also part of the role. Local candidates from Vapi, Silvassa, and Bhilad are preferred for this permanent position. Benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. A certification in ITI Fitter or Automobile is required for this job, which is located in person.,
