Role & responsibilities : Participate in requirement gathering sessions with clients. Understand, document, and map business processes to SAP Business One functionalities. Assist in configuring SAP Business One modules based on project requirements. Support data migration activities using tools like DTW. Deliver first-level user training and support. Assist in designing and modifying Crystal Reports and templates. Create and run simple SQL and SAP HANA queries. Support in database configuration, testing, and go-live preparation. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Professional demeanor and presentable appearance. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes. Commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
