Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of halwas, chaats, and Indian desserts
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Assist senior chefs and support daily kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Experience in Indian desserts, halwa, and chaat preparation preferred
• Relevant culinary or kitchen experience
• Team player with positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
