Really bad service. No way to track the order. No system in place to prepare orders in a sequence. Food was okay but not great. Didn't get a wow feeling Haldirams is known for. It took very long to prepare even on a weekday. Sitting save was good but the area felt very small and there was a waiting queue.

then the quality of food which came out was of not more than Rs. 50. Please don't fool your customers. It was not expected from a restaurant of Haldirams' stature.

The food did not meet my expectations. I ordered rice, rajma, rasamalai and chaach, but they lacked the authentic taste that Haldiram is known for in Delhi. Lucknow has a rich culinary tradition, and if they want to establish themselves here, they need to ensure that the quality of their food is exceptional.

Food is not as expected atleast not what they are serving in Delhi NCR. The size of bhatura has been reduced dont know its a lucknow thing or they have reduced it all over India. Store was busy during visit and the staff helpless. They seriously need to increase staff and capacity.
