Once considered to be a great place, this Haldiram location can't handle guests at peak hours. When you are hungry in the queue and the counter is closed for 10 mins because the kitchen has got overloaded with orders. There's confusion on what you get at the ground floor and what you get at 1st floor for eg. Vada pav!
