Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CCTV Monitoring Associate. This position is primarily responsible for monitoring dashcam footage to observe and report on staff driving habits, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor real-time and recorded dashcam footage from company vehicles Identify and report unsafe driving behaviors (e.g., speeding, harsh braking, distracted driving) Maintain logs and documentation of observations and incidents Escalate any violations or safety concerns to management Collaborate with the operations team to support safety improvements Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times Qualifications: High attention to detail and observational skills Basic computer and video playback proficiency Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly Prior experience in surveillance or transportation safety is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹11,260.60 - ₹12,993.00 per month Expected hours: 30 per week Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Do you have 2 monitors working?
