Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Service Associate located in Palghat. The Operations and Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing day-to-day operational tasks, handling financial transactions, and assisting with analytical and administrative tasks. This role demands maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills- Malayalam, Hindi, English, Kannada and Telugu Excellent Customer Service skills Proficient Analytical and Finance skills Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting Good organizational and time-management skills Experience in the hair care or beauty industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
