Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Repairer, located in Ahmedabad. A Repairer at Haire Works will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of equipment and machinery. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, conducting repairs, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role may also involve working closely with other team members to implement improvement strategies and maintain inventory of parts and tools. Qualifications Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex mechanical problems Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is safe for operation Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Relevant certifications or training in equipment repair and maintenance is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or training is advantageous
