We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a wide range of hair and grooming services, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional haircuts for men and women
Provide shaving, beard setting, and styling services
Offer facial cleanups, protein treatments, hair spa, dandruff treatments and related hair care services
Perform hair colouring, highlighting, and root touch-ups with accuracy
Deliver facials, manicures, pedicures, and basic skin care services
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of salon tools and workstations
Recommend suitable hair & skin care treatments to clients
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Hairdresser / Salon Stylist / Barber
Knowledge of modern haircutting and grooming techniques
Friendly personality with strong communication & customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and good hygiene habits
[Optional: Minimum 1–2 years of salon experience]
