Position: Hair Straightening & Demo Class TrainerLocation: Capvar Office / Various Training Locations Timing: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday Off) Salary: Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives 🧴 Role Objective:The candidate will be responsible for conducting live hair straightening demo classes, showcasing Capvar's hair care products (such as Permanent Straightening Cream), and educating beauticians or clients on proper usage and techniques. ✅ Key Responsibilities:Conduct live demo classes for beauticians and clients using Capvar hair products Explain and demonstrate the correct application methods and product benefits Answer client queries in a professional and confident manner Visit salons or training venues to promote and conduct demo sessions Share daily updates, photos, and reports via WhatsApp or Software 📋 Eligibility & Skills Required:Strong practical knowledge of Hair Straightening & Hair Treatment techniques Ability to confidently deliver training/demo sessions Experience in Pharma / Beauty / Haircare industry preferred Smart communication skills and a clean, professional appearance 💡 Bonus Skills (Preferred):Ability to communicate in English Prior experience in training or demo class delivery Willingness to support sales team by encouraging product orders post demo Join Capvar – Where your skills help others shine with confidence!
