About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty treatments, skincare, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and clean-up treatments.
• Provide skincare and beauty consultations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon.
• Recommend beauty products and treatments to clients.
• Keep up to date with latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role in a salon/spa.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and hygiene standards.
• Certification or diploma in Beauty/Skincare (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for customer service.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Hairdresser with expertise in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. The ideal candidate will understand different hair types and be able to create looks that enhance our clients’ confidence and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, straightening, and hair treatments.
• Advise clients on hair care, maintenance, and suitable hairstyles.
• Stay updated with latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Ensure salon hygiene and maintain equipment/tools properly.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Recommend and upsell suitable hair care products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser/Hairstylist in a salon.
• Proficiency in modern hair techniques (cutting, coloring, styling, treatments).
• Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing (preferred).
• Good communication skills and client-oriented approach.
• Creativity and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
