In addition to cutting and styling, you will also be responsible for applying hair color, highlights, lowlights, and other treatments. It is essential to ensure the safe and effective use of coloring products and techniques to maintain the health and integrity of the clients" hair. Maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment are crucial aspects of the role. You must keep all tools clean and sanitary while using products in compliance with safety standards to provide a hygienic environment for both clients and staff. Providing excellent customer service is key to creating a positive experience for each client. Address any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and retention. As part of the role, you will also be expected to recommend and sell hair care products and services to clients. Staying updated on the latest products and trends in the industry will enable you to make informed recommendations to meet the clients" needs.
