Hair Transplant Technician

Job Description

· Perform hair implantation procedures under the guidance of a dermatologist or surgeon. · Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment required for hair implantation. · Extract and implant hair follicles with precision, ensuring minimal damage and maximum graft survival. · Monitor patients during procedures and provide assistance as needed. · Prepare grafts and ensure accurate implantation for optimal results. · Provide pre- and post-procedure counseling and instructions to patients & follow up on recovery progress. · Monitor and address patient concerns during and after the procedure. · Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to patient interactions, ensuring comfort and trust.. · Handle surgical tools and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper sterilization and maintenance. · Maintain a clean and safe environment in the treatment area. · Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols at all times. · Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient details, and inventory usage. · Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality service delivery. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement. · Maintain a log of hair graft counts and placement. · Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including hygiene, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
