Hair Transplant Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Hair Transplant Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing consultations, guiding patients through the hair transplant process, addressing their concerns, and building trust throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations for patients interested in hair transplant procedures.
• Explain different hair transplant techniques and address patient queries.
• Maintain patient records and follow up regularly for conversion.
• Coordinate with the medical team for appointments and procedural planning.
• Provide pre- and post-operative counselling and care instructions.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and patient-centric attitude.
• Experience in cosmetic surgery/aesthetic clinic is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (medical background is a plus).
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
