We’re currently in pre-launch and looking for a Content Strategist Lead to drive explosive social growth, build brand heat, and establish us as the go-to brand in the men’s grooming space. The Mission You’ll be responsible for content-led growth across Instagram and YouTube , with a clear, aggressive goal: Grow our audience to 100K+ engaged followers in 3 months — pre- and post-launch. Your Role Build and own the end-to-end content strategy across Instagram (Reels, Posts, Stories) and YouTube (Shorts, long-form) Lead a lean team of creators, editors, and freelancers to execute at scale Design a pre-launch content roadmap that builds anticipation and early community Rapidly test formats and ideas to find breakout content — memes, tutorials, challenges, UGC Develop and maintain a high-volume content pipeline: 2–3 Reels/Shorts daily Collaborate with founders, product, and marketing to align messaging and campaigns Tap into trends, viral moments, and creator culture to engineer shareability and relevance Build a strategy to convert views into followers, and followers into customers Analyze content performance and iterate daily based on real-time data What You Bring 5+ years of experience in content strategy, social growth, or brand building Proven track record of scaling IG/YouTube accounts from 0 to 100K+ Strong creative direction + working knowledge of content production Deep expertise in short-form video — especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts Experience building or leading a small, high-output content team Pulse on pop culture, grooming trends, and what makes Gen Z/Millennial men engage Obsession with metrics, experimentation, and performance Bonus Points Background in men’s grooming, beauty, or wellness brands Hands-on skills in video editing, scripting, or camera work Existing relationships with UGC creators and micro-influencers Experience working in D2C or fast-moving startup environments What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Full creative ownership and direct access to founding team Budget for production, freelancers, and creator partnerships Flexibility to build your own team and systems Ground-floor opportunity to shape a breakout D2C brand Product perks, grooming budget, and more
