Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced OTC Sales Manager to lead and manage our channel and distributor network for Ayurvedic Chain Churna. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributors, launching new territories, implementing trade schemes, and achieving B2B and wholesale targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B & OTC sales plans for Ayurvedic Chain Churna in Delhi, Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh and PAN India. Identify and appoint distributors, super stockists, and C&F partners across key markets. Manage channel sales operations , pricing, margins, and trade schemes. Handle wholesale and general trade sales , especially in Ayurvedic, pharmacy, and FMCG outlets. Plan and execute market activation programs , product visibility drives, and retailer engagement. Monitor primary and secondary sales performance through distributors. Ensure smooth product launches and timely stock movement in each territory. Analyze competitors (like kayam churna, Pet Safa, Dabur, Nityam) and develop strategies to increase market share. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 3-8 years in OTC / FMCG / Ayurvedic / Pharma B2B sales. Strong knowledge of distributor management, schemes, and margins. Proven track record in launching new OTC or Ayurvedic products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively for market expansion. Preferably having strong network in Ayurvedic wholesale and general trade.
