We are currently seeking a President for HAI Suitcase Clinics in a founding role with equity-based compensation. The selected candidate will lead sales, marketing, business operations, and go-to-market strategies, drive domestic & international expansion, franchise & B2B partnerships, identify & pitch to investors, and support fundraising alongside the Founder. Responsibilities also include owning revenue, profitability, and clinic performance metrics while being part of shaping India's most disruptive doorstep health model. The ideal candidate for this role should come from a Top-tier institute (IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI etc.) and have 10-20 years of experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospital, or Startup leadership. Strong growth, fundraising, and business execution experience, along with an entrepreneurial mindset, risk appetite, and founder-level commitment are essential. The candidate should be willing to join in a purely equity-based role initially, with future profit-sharing & salary post-fundraise and have the option to invest and join as a Co-Founder.
