Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and offering excellent customer service to address client needs and concerns.
