As a creator, you will design and deliver a comprehensive programming course—from roadmap to building a minimal game. Success in this role means building an engaging, high-quality, and up-to-date course that helps learners progress from foundational concepts to a complete project. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our growing learning platform and community. Responsibilities Design a full-stack programming curriculum tailored to beginners, culminating in a working game project. Structure the course into clear, progressive modules with supporting resources (videos, documentation, examples). Update your course content once annually to ensure relevance and accuracy. Engage with learners through comments, discussions, or feedback (optional but encouraged). Collaborate with HackSprint’s team for any platform or content support needed. Qualifications Strong command of one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#). Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or creating technical content is a plus. Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, beginner-friendly lessons. Excellent verbal communication and screen recording/presentation skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Compensation & Perks Revenue-sharing model: You retain 70% of the revenue from your course; HackSprint retains 30% to maintain platform quality and operations. Full transparency in course performance and earnings. One-time effort with long-term value: Courses only need updating once a year .
