Role Description Hack Culprit Technologies is seeking a full-time, remote Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure company processes run efficiently. The Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, analyze operational processes, and drive improvements. This role requires leadership and strategic planning to enhance productivity, align departmental goals, and support the company’s mission to deliver top-notch educational resources. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving objectives. Proficiency in operational strategy, process optimization, resource planning, and budget management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively across departments. Experience with project management tools, data analysis, and reporting to track performance and implement improvements. Familiarity with online educational platforms or the technology industry is a plus. Any ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree business management, operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Advanced degree preferred but not required. Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. About the Role As an Operations Administrator at Hack Culprit, you will be the backbone of our team’s daily functioning, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and efficient management of tasks and processes. You will work closely with various teams to streamline operations and support the growth of our platform. 💼 Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks across departments. Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members and interns, maintaining their records systematically. Track attendance, task completion, and performance of interns and team members regularly. Schedule meetings, webinars, and team discussions efficiently, ensuring timely communication. Maintain organized documentation of projects, resources, and administrative records. Assist in internal communication, announcements, and workflow management. Support the team in implementing internal processes and maintaining professional standards. 🎯 Requirements Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills (written and verbal) for team interactions. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of documentation tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Prior experience in administration, operations, or team coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
