As a Quality Assurance Manager at McCormick India, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring customer and McCormick quality standards are met with utmost precision. You will be responsible for conducting various audits and visits, collaborating closely with Production Teams to investigate deviations from quality and customer standards, and implementing corrective actions effectively. Your key responsibilities will include managing the disposition of Out of Specification and defective Finished Products, interacting with customers to build and maintain strong business relationships, updating product specifications, administering return goods processes, and leading mock recalls and traceability exercises. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying opportunities for operational efficiency enhancements and determining annual Quality Program training needs. In this role, you will also oversee Operational Quality operations, validate and verify processes, CCPs, and OPRPs, and manage the change management system. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing Quality Control, preferably in the food industry. Proficiency in writing technical procedures, working with HACCP Programs, and other Food Safety pre-requisite programs is essential. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret technical documents, and a keen eye for detail.
