As a Manager in the IT Advisory Services team, you will lead and manage Hybris projects for our global customers, ensuring delivery excellence and driving business value through technical solutions. Your client responsibilities: - Work as a tech lead to contribute in various technical streams of Custom development. - Lead and oversee multiple technical streams of custom development across various SAP Hybris projects. - Collaborate with onsite coordinators, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align deliverables, and ensure project success. - Manage team performance, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Completion of assigned tasks on time and ensuring team tasks are also completed. - Provide leadership in resolving technical challenges and ensuring seamless project execution. - Drive regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams. - Act as a mentor for team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and skill development. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, including creating deployment strategies for projects. - Support RFP processes and contribute to creating winning proposals. - Lead assessments and evaluations for pursuits, identifying key areas of improvement and innovation. - Drive commerce platform upgrades and ensure systems remain aligned with latest technology standards. Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA with 8-10 years of relevant IT industry experience, systems architecture, integration, and software development, including team management and client-facing roles. Core Competencies: Mandatory Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with HMC, HAC, and Cockpits (CMS, WCMS, CS, import, admin). - Expertise in integration with 3rd party and SAP applications. - Proficiency in managing and handling Hybris impex content catalogs. - Deep understanding and experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP). - Proven experience working with Spring frameworks including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Integration. - Solid experience in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE), including Java, Servlets, JSP, and JSTL. - Successful delivery of at least 4 end-to-end SAP Hybris implementations. - Excellent leadership and business communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in architecting technical solutions and driving design discussions. - Strong ability to manage client expectations and build lasting client relationships. - Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery methodology. - Exposure to headless architecture and third-party integrations. You should have a minimum of 4 years preferred hands-on experience in full-time SAPCC (Hybris) development work. Your responsibilities will include solid SAPCC (Hybris) and Commerce-related back-end development work, along with a strong knowledge of eCommerce concepts. You will be expected to have experience in implementing and updating User Stories and Tasks created in JIRA, as well as planning, writing, and testing code to meet the requirements of assigned tasks. Your hands-on experience should include platform technologies and languages such as Java, Spring, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and REST/API services. You should have back-end coding experience focused on using Java and Spring frameworks, along with solid experience in MVC concepts, Version Control (SVN/GIT), including Merge, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Java or OO Development, and working with databases such as HANA, MySQL, SQL Server, and/or Oracle. Experience working within SAP Hybris, Java Spring, AngularJS, JQuery, and Gitbash is essential, along with exposure to the spartacus framework, Order management, Product cockpit customization, HMC, and HAC, CS Cockpit, and PCM. Proficiency in Core Java, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Spring, SAP CX (SAP Hybris), understanding Data Modeling within Hybris, writing impex and flexible search queries, and knowledge of hotfolder concepts are required. You should be able to develop customized Pages, Page Templates, Content Slots, and CMS Components, as well as custom cron jobs, APIs related to cart, wish lists, and integrating hybris code with FED code. Experience with Hac, backoffice, product cockpit, wcms cockpit, working experience in solr, interceptors, and understanding of a scrum-based development methodology will be advantageous for this role.,
