Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive based in Gurugram to expand our B2B and bulk retail customer base. You will be the face of Habere India on-ground, visiting stores, designers, and institutional buyers to grow sales and build relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential clients (interior designers, cafes, boutique stores, etc.) to pitch Habere India's product range. Drive product visibility and generate sales through direct field visits and networking. Develop long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat orders. Share product samples, explain brand USP, and handle objections with confidence. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, custom requirements, and customer support. Maintain field activity reports and client feedback for management review. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in field sales (home décor, lifestyle, gifting, or related segments preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and closing abilities. Self-starter who thrives in an on-ground, target-driven role.
