As a CRM System Specialist, your role is to support the development and continuous improvement of the global CRM platform. Working closely with the CRM Business Owner, Group IT, ERP, and Data Warehouse, you will be a key member of the newly established global CRM Competence Center based in Poland. Your main responsibilities include performing daily and strategic administrative tasks in the CRM system, such as data correction, changes in settings, testing, and error analysis. You will provide support during subsequent implementation phases and ensure the smooth functioning of the CRM system within designated areas. Building relationships with other company departments involved in the CRM project and ensuring integration with ERP systems will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate administrative activities in the CRM system, establish documentation techniques to optimize data flow, and ensure data correctness and integrity within the system. Supporting new and existing users in utilizing new functionalities, managing security and authorization issues, and resolving problems at an administrative and architectural level are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have past experience in CRM implementation, preferably from a business perspective, and a thorough understanding of business processes in a manufacturing/service company. Fluency in written and verbal English, willingness to travel within EMEA, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. You should also be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience in successfully implementing end-to-end SugarCRM, integrating with ERP and other business systems. Your ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, understand multi-channel data, and develop clear customer-led visions will be crucial. Experience in working with external data insight agencies, developing LEAN processes, and delivering new processes within a global retailer setting would be advantageous. Role Overview: As a CRM System Specialist, your primary goal will be to support the development and continuous improvement of the global CRM platform. You will closely collaborate with the CRM Business Owner, Group IT, ERP, and Data Warehouse as a part of the newly established global CRM Competence Center situated in Poland. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily and strategic administrative tasks in the CRM system, including data correction, changes of settings, testing, and error analysis. - Support the CRM system during subsequent implementation phases and daily operations within the designated areas. - Build relationships with other company departments involved in the CRM project. - Ensure the integration of CRM with ERP systems by collaborating with internal and external owners of business processes. - Provide second-level support through a system of complaints in related areas. - Coordinate administrative activities in the CRM system. - Establish a documentation technique to enhance the coherence of CRM data and optimize data flow. - Verify the accuracy of data entered into the system and participate in creating technical means and organizational culture to maintain data order. - Assist new and existing users in understanding new functionalities of the CRM system. - Manage security and authorization issues. - Analyze and resolve problems with the CRM system at the administrative and architecture level. - Perform advanced tasks in the CRM system, such as mass data operations, building queries and reports, and creating email templates. - Customize and adapt CRM system settings and content based on requirements. - Monitor data validity, data migration, and data integrity. - Support in establishing long-term strategic goals for data correctness and system settings.
