We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team in the role of SuccessFactors EC Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors EC integrated with ECP and/or H4S4 environments. Additionally, you will design and execute integration strategies between EC, ECP/H4S4, and other third-party systems, perform data replication, manage related errors and corrections, support data migration activities, and provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related fields, with a solid understanding of Finance Posting, Tax, Social Security, and Year-End activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. While not mandatory, it would be beneficial to have SAP Certification in SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP, experience in SAP HCM for S/4HANA Migration projects, familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations, and knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (SCI/CI) and middleware tools.
