The job requires you to find good experienced OPT/CPT candidates, H1B transfer experienced candidates, and H1B filing candidates seeking onsite jobs by posting ads, marketing via social media platforms, or cold calling. Your responsibilities include onboarding experienced candidates on the bench and answering pre-onboarding calls and routine questions about commissions and costs. You will also be tasked with finding new back-end support for interviews, setting up and coordinating interviews, and finding job support personnel. You will need to have regular communication with candidates for interview preparation and possess qualities such as being a good team player, result-driven, and having excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is essential to understand the skills, will, and stability concerns of job applicants. Knowledge of hot technologies is also required for this position. The job is located in Nagpur and involves working night shifts (Indian Standard Time 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). There is no work from home or remote option available. The applicant should be below 35 years of age, possess a completed graduation, and demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and improve. Some training will be provided, but the candidate must be aggressive in sales and have a go-getter attitude. The salary ranges from INR 15,000 to 17,000 (plus incentive) for freshers to experienced candidates with 1 year or more in a related field. For experienced candidates with 2-4 years of experience, the salary ranges from INR 17,000 to 25,000 (plus incentive).
