Skills and Tools Required: - Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple cases. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. - Proficient in using case management software and legal research tools. - Familiarity with document preparation software and spreadsheets. - Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records. - A degree in law, international relations, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in immigration law.
